About RGR Technologies

RGR Technologies (Pty) Ltd started business in 1991 and is the only OEM producer of trunnion mounted ball valves for the mining, petro chemical, gas & oil and pulp & paper industries in Southern Africa.

The company focuses on the niche markets of high pressure isolation, high cycle switching valves and control valves for the pulp & paper industry.  Our valves have proven to fulfil and exceed all installation requirements.

The specialized factory covers an area of 1500 m2.  CNC machining centres are used for the high precision work needed on our ball valves.

All parts including the trunnion balls and seats, spherical grinding and lapping, are manufactured in house.   Coatings can be tungsten carbide; chrome carbide and hard chrome.

At present RGR is the only Africa based manufacturing facility with the API 6D-0555 monogram apart from the ISO 9001:2008 QA system which forms the basis of our QA operating system.
